It would be an amazing site. Love the Big Island. If I had a choice I would live either north of Kona or the NE part of the Big Island. I have a plot in Nanawale near Pahoa but have no plans on living there. Going to sell soon.

Yes it is a beautiful area of the Big Island and the most safe :) But it is also very expensive :(
