i tried searching through all the videos and didnt seen anything. have you ever tried the Norton Tile method where you take white tile paint it green then paint black then just laser off the first layer of black to show image underneathe??
Thank you so much! So far, this video has made the most sense to me. My pictures kept coming out super grainy. I'll be changing some settings here in a few!
Hey Trevor, sorry for the offtopic question, but do you know if it is possible to send files to the fusion edge from a macbook? I know oficially they don’t support macOS but I was hopping you know a good workaround. Thanks and good luck with the channel, learned a lot so far.
@@MakerExperiment thanks for the reply. It’s an m1 macbook, i have win 11 arm running with parallels, but couldn’t install the epilog drivers. The supplier contacted epilog and I am waiting for their reply to know if it is supported for win 11 or not. It’s kinda strange that they don’t offer macOS drivers.

I have a 20w diode the laser point on spec is 0.08 don't that mean if I pass 318dpi I would get crossed over lines? So depending on the laser point you can't set just any high dpi and get same results as someone that has a very high quality laser right?
Hi friend as you in the beggining i dont have enogh money to buy an Epilog but what would recommend between Thunder laser and Aeon mira ? hope soon reply
What other videos would you like to see?

If you have an older MacBook with parallels, you can run windows on parallels and do it that way.

I honestly don’t know enough about the diode lasers to give you correct information on that one.

I’d look at thunder laser. I know a few people with them that love them.
Hi..for cutting out a shape in wood or acrylic using a co2 laser how does the DPI setting affect the results..
DPI won’t affect a cut. The DPI is an engraving setting.
Thank you for the video. Interesting perspective, I'll be doing some similar tests too.
Definitely test for yourself.
Can you explain what you mean by color. How do you do color or is the just the color in your software
It was the color of my graphic in the software.
Try using shades of gray
I’m about to buy an AP laser and interested in making. Wall art and signs.
Very cool. Best of luck
Thankyou!!! You have so much info!!
Glad I could help.
Thank u
You’re welcome.
75 dots per inch does NOT mean 75 dots per square inch. There would be 75^2 = 5625 or 75 dots per linear inch.
Yes. I made a mistake in the audio and didn’t catch it in the edit. That’s my mistake.
