Michelle, can you explain this, please?
Some golf pros suggested I use my hip rotation to start my downswing. But some recommended I use lateral move to my leading foot for weight transfer.
Your method seems to suggest the latter.
Would you explain this, please? Thanks!

Thank you for this lesson and instruction which is very timely for me.
Now, I am playing on 18 hole courses in Thailand for the first time since I began my golfing experience last year at age 65.
I just started using a driver this year because the 9 hole Executive courses in The Villages, Florida are mostly par 3 holes and very short distance.
You have helped me alot!

My head (upper body) moves forward, toward the target
