That's exactly what I thought. It reminded me of the time that my roomie and I were going to the store and some idiot teenager pushed his friend off the sidewalk right in front of our car. We almost hit him. It was a close call.
It thought it was a sea snake but was confused by the surroundings. Thanks for clarifying. Saw a snake once in Seminole Ala. that slithered up to my car and peeked in the window. It was HUGE! Probably was a diamond back. Looking at buying property there. We changed our minds and got our spaceship outta there! Saw a moccasin that followed my canoe on an overnighter at Clear Water Creek, for a long way, staring at us curiously, like we're the first humans it'd ever seen. LoL. Same day about an hour later another diamond back I'm assuming dropped from a tree and swam across the river. Too far away to tell exactly what it was. It was at least 5ft, heavy bodied, looked like a dang anaconda. (never know) Saw a nest of pygmy rattlers on another overnighter upriver. Pretty but deadly. It's pristine water with no humans residence or industry for hundreds of miles. State Parks that connect from up in Ala to Panhandle of Fl. Gorgeous area. A snake haven apparently, but everytime we saw them it was late summer, same time as yellow fies... those tiny biting winged demons. Found a creek inlet that was as cold as the ice water sloshing in the bottom of a cooler. Filled my water just to make sure we had enough. I even laid down it it just to see what it felt like as it was only about a foot or two. That is still one of the weirdest sensations I've ever felt. I'd have to call it bliss. My mind just went quite.(a first) Funny thing was this water I collected was far clearer than the store bought water! Cold and perfect filtered through quartz sand, clay, and limestone. It had a vibe to it I must say. Healing I guess. Thanks again for the info. Hope you enjoyed my life's story. 😂
12:20 when this fish enters a canal, it chases away all other types of fish, and he's right, they come from south america, there are many here and they disperse quickly we just hope they don't reach inland
Because here in the United States and not Canada they're more rare because our waters are warmer and up in Canada the waters are a little bit cooler and they're more abundant up north than down here in the south of the United States like Alabama you won't get a sturgeon if you do you can't keep it either
I grew up on lake Winnebago one of only two places in the country where they have a sturgeon spearing season. I think the record out of the lake was like 200lb so big but nothing like the one in this video.
When the fish bite you, you need to compromise with it. It's life or your finger. HaHaHa! Clever Fish. Never seen such a hilarious situation the man have.
It’s not sport fisherman that’s the problem it’s commercial fishing!! Especially Japanese and Chinese they will empty the ocean iF there unchecked!!! They kill 20 million sharks every year just for shark fin soup!!! And that’s just one Example!! Out of many…..
@@brianmck7363 If they are catching endangered fish and not releasing them, then sports fishermen are a problem, as well. The number of sharks being caught and killed for their fins is a huge ecological problem for the entire planet, though. I agree.
when we used to catfish in the creek below the house many years ago, my husband used make a ball of fresh bread w/ anise wrapped in it and it caught fish EVERY, TIME!! apparently its the strong smell that they want. one year over the course of only a few weeks he caught 3 2-3 footers and someone gave him another one. i love that sh*t fried up the right way. very good and fresh tasting. no fishy flavor at all.
You are making a cool video. Life is beautiful. But life is no picnic, I can tell you. Wow, you release fishes you caught. You got a heart of gold. I`m looking forward enjoying your video. See ya!!
as a very small child I went fishing with my uncle on a boat and I hooked a fish, and I let go of the rod and it went into the water. I was like 5 give me some slack. lol
You asked a question during the video, I believe I know the answer. The two men ice fishing, why did they throw the fish on the ice instead of the bucket? Because the ice would continue to keep it fresh while they continue to use the bucket to knock the fish senseless, obviously there was a whole school swimming buy, they probably got allot of fish that day.
Man, I was hoping that wasn't just clickbait, but of course I was pretty sure it was.
Why was the fish in the thumbnail never shown?
Yeah I came for that.. click bait 😡
Because it doesn't exist
@@nealesmith3700 Sorry budy,but that was a plakostamus .Ti's a aqarium fish.

That snake is a water moccasin and they are very venomous, in fact we have them and copperheads out at White Rock Lake here in Dallas, Texas.

That was a white sturgeon, they had to release it as they are fully protected.
Click bait much? Yes.
Disappointed? Nope!
In some parts,of the US it is illegal to keep a sturgeon. You can’t even take it out of the water. Only pictures at the bank.

The shotgun fishing rod should be made so you can fire a blank round that will cast your line WAY out there for you.
