The Pennsylvania heritage unit was cool! ❤ And so we're all of the brand new containers. 😊 Another fine catch Mike! 😊😊😊❤❤❤
Their definitely was a lot going on. The CSX M368 had a rusted or a burned GP-35U LTEX (use to be Santa Fe), a car that said CNG Motive, an Amtrak boxcar, I believe a line of Delta ballast cleaners on flat cars, Santa Fe gondola, and a end train DPU. The M561 had a McCloud River Railroad Company boxcar and a 86 foot Chessie boxcar. The NS 14M with the Pennsylvania heritage unit meets the CSX local. WWOT ain't kidding around.
i think those are components to a continuous miner actually! the question on the burnt engine, repair rebuild or scrapping it?
Cool big fast trains, some sweet surprises, lTEX GP35, NS PRR HU, and fallen flag cars too. Beautiful job Mike.
Glad you enjoyed it
@@WideWorldofTrains Always my friend.
Awesome video Mike, I'm excited to see LTEX GP35u 2574, former ATSF unit
Same here!
Up close and personal with a diamond, eh? Looking forward to that Mike!! And as for the Pennsy Heritage Unit? Cor!!!!

What a great premiere today Mike! I didn't know where to look there was so much going on! Lol. That Pennsylvania heritage unit was a great surprise! A couple rare fallen flags & good old Rusty the engine that could and did! Have a great weekend mate & go the Bills I'll be recording it. It's on at 4am tomorrow here! 🚂👍👍🇦🇺🇺🇸🚂
Wow, Boss, you sure captured a lot of cool stuff That burnt out LTEX unit, I had to go back and watch it again, then stop the video so I could really see it. Wonder what they will do with it? That was crazy. And with an end DPU. Nice BNSF train rounding that hairpin curve! Plus a Are You Kidding Me train meet! Alright!
Glad you enjoyed it.
Fabulous video today Mike. Long trains, short ones, DPUs and heritage unit, colorful cargo. You just about had it all! It was awesome! ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Is that ole Geep on its way to be refurbished?? Looks like she survived one heck of a fire!!!
Here you go ➡️ 👍
you mean the McCloud river rail road company boxcar ?....it operates out of California between Mt Shasta city and the city of McCloud
Show the old GP35 some love and respect, its 58 years old ❤
That was cool an old Ltex unit!
With some polish and a few minor adjustments that ol' Jeep will be running by Spring!
Spelled "Geep" (refering to the "GP" before the model number 35)
The LTEX was running!!!? she's an old timer!!
Selkirk always comes through with the best "stage show"...first (and foremost) is M368, this time @3:21 with several brand-new Delta Rail Services (Ashtabula OH) ballast-cleaning hoppers, liely being delivered from the manufacturer. "Selkirk-to-JawTooth" M561 not too shabby, either, with that rare former McCloud River boxcar, followed by a big Chessie hi-cube @12:28. 👏👏
The LTEX locomotive was a rough looking unit if I ever saw one. Mike said the unit was running! Mike didn't get his moneys worth from the last train meet with the Local making up the 2nd leg of the meet.
i don;t think it's diesels were i think it was drawing power from the lead and it's traction motors were going!
Rusted out GP35 was a big surprise
Great set of railfan videos, thank you. Thank first big CSX train was one unique consist, powered by an equally unique power set. There was certainly something here for everyone with train meets an DPU’S. Excellent.
Thank you very much!
8 days ago this LTEX 2574 was pulling freight in Minooka, IL. Since the numbers are painted on almost as an after thought, it is not their original 2574. The original was rebuilt into a GP35u and renumbered 3823.
Thank you. Can always count on WWoT for some great rail action. I’m in an area that doesn’t have much train action here in SoCal. There certainly are many great areas to view, Tehachapi and Cajoñ Pass for instance, within a one to two hour drive or so.
I am in Whittier, near La Mirada. I hear train horns often, but seldom see them. Many gates and tracks are nearby for the many distribution warehouses.
@@susancorvalan6765 used to live in Hacienda Heights and attended church in Whittier.
You bet!
The locomotive looks like the newest Wabtec locomotives. 6000 hp.
LTEX 2574 she's 58 years old 😊

Nice video the trees is more changing in pomfort NY every state is changing leaves of Fall 🍁🍂!
Yes they are!
The CSX M368 had some cool looking freight and that weird helper. I was hoping you knew what it was. Cool nonetheless! Great catch Mike. 😊😊😊😊
Thanks!
Amazing Catches With a LTEX GP35 on CSX M368 and the Pennsylvania HU on NS 14M👍
CSX LTEX DPU alright lead Mix Freight going East through Pomfret NY Originated at Chicago IL at Clearing Yd to Selkirk NY On Friday September 29th 2023 from Wide World of Trains UA-cam
CSX 368 was a cool 😎 train, old EMD power trailing, Amtrak boxcar, and some wide loads,Caterpillar equipment maybe, great meet with NS PRR GE ES44AC and CSX local, looking forward to seeing trains pound the diamonds!🛤🚂
Very cool!
Sherwin-Williams is the largest supplier of paint for road-striping in the US...
M561: Consist: ET44AH, CSX does not have ES44ACH’s and C40-8M with 157 Cars
2:46 I believe this was on Virtual Railfan at the Deshler Ohio camera!
Anyways nice job wwot
P.s. at my homecoming, the DJ cut ended short so it didn’t go as planned cause it did say on our school message that it would end at 10:30, but apparently it did not
Excellent catch, thank you.
Thank you too!
North Folk southern ❤
Nice train engine and cool box cars
Thank you very much!
Cool Pennsylvania heritage unit nice!
Sure is!
Cant wait
I love the BNSF power! It always looks good. 😊😊😊❤❤❤
Yes it does!
well if they got that old engine up and running the give it a fresh coat of paint and give it a second chance.
Those yellow hoppers stacked on the flatbed wagons look very much like the ones on new ballast wagons here in the uk.. When fully assembled they make out a complete train for auto ballasting.
Ian
Cool 😎 thanks
Bookend power with a side order of deep fried Geep, mmmmm, mmmmm! Great action throughout, liked it much. Thanks Mike!
Glad you enjoyed it
Yes the engine looked beat up and the other item on csx was that a ballast cleaner?
Former Sante Fe liveried engine ahoy! 🚂🚂
Cool!
Pretty awesome Surprise on the M368 that old LTEX GP35 and a DPU Alright
Awesome train meet insane!
Thank you very much!
The yellow equipment on those DOT cars is a high output ballast cleaner.
Not "DOT"...they are owned by Delta Railroad, a contract Maintenance-of-Way company, much like Loram. Those units are PART of a ballast-cleaning system (most likely being shipped by CSX from the manufacturer)...Loram operates similar equipment, mated with their patented "RailVac" machine.
Beautiful trains 🚂
Many thanks!
Excellent catches my friend
Glad you enjoyed
Very cool
I saw 8102 trailing and 7550 w an rs5t horn on 265 (ex 23k) passing a slow csx a week before Christmas 2022
Some real great catches in this one Mike great job great video thanks
Thank you very much!
NS Z train, alright. Some BNSF color on WWOT!!! And an old AMTRAK Box/Mail Car?!?! And that Crusty old EMD😊! Good eye.

I like train videos on UA-cam jawtooth dpu Allright 👍
Cool, thanks!
Do the letters in the train numbers mean something special? 😊
I don't think there would have been a DPF th if that engine was good but I do believe it's going for a restore maybe greetings from cedar Hill yard in New Haven CT

I seen the GP - 35 on another UA-cam video heading East it would be cool to see it rebuild
That GP35 was definitely old!
Awesome video keep up with a great work and be safe out there.
Thanks, you too!
@WideWorldofTrains your very welcome sir 🙏 😊
Amazing premiere
It was!
Why is the NS 28B OUT OF 63RD ST. yard Chicago with foreign power (BNSF) ?
Norfolk Southern is short on power.
@WideWorldofTrains what happened to the person who was unresponsive along the tracks at milepost 41 the other day?
Great show as always!
Glad you enjoy it!
Spotted a chessie box car! Cool! Roll it!
Thanks
i don't think that trail unit was actually running i think it was slugging power for it's traction motors off the lead! the question is is it headed to the shop for repair possibly rebuilding or the scrapyard? and those were components to a continuous miner on those flat cars!
The GP-35 can be rebuilt into a GP-38-3 as NBSR had.
Csx 368 it was amazing and shooking&1St time to see stuff on a flat car with things+the amtrack box car &the engine orange it look like A. D, T, &I engine or A cefx or a leased unit but that was the mixed manfist trains I saw mine entire life time ex lent train ,
Thats a rusted and burned out locomotive that iam surprised its still runned on the csx train ❤
Sweeeeeet 🚂🚂🚂
That’s a cool bend in the tracks…why so tight…
GP 35, ex ATSF
Soon to be in G&W orange.
Вау, в этом поезде был старенький EMD GP35!😯
Интересно, куда его могли перегонять?
Ohio I think
That locomotive was burned in a fire at a locomotive shop
I didn't see that in the history of it, it's an old BNSF unit. Thanks for sharing that bit of info on the old gal!
I heard that too
In a paint shop
@@WideWorldofTrains ìt didn't mention that in it's history, but I could believe it, my information site doesn't get that deep, mostly owner and build specs and sometimes I'll just get build info unavailable.
Great video man
Appreciate it
Nice Coverage
🌵🌳🇮🇳🌳🌵
You'll have 265 coming as soon as it recrews
Thank you
Nice Video
Thanks for the visit
