To attach grasses like in the video, first drill tiny holes in the base using a small drill bit. Then stick the grasses into the holes and glue with Fiber-Tac. I hope this helps answer your question.
Also, you can use hot glue to attach the grasses, as well. You can then also use Fiber-Tac around the base of attached grasses and sprinkle our Soil Base over it to make it look like more realistic and seamless with the ground.
