This man knows his Bbq. I got a pellet smoker not knowing how to smoke meat. Now I started a channel for beginner like my self. Love his videos. I learned a lot
Harry Soo talks about not rinsing any of his meat, and throwing away the purge not washing it down your sink. Looks great as usual. Cheers from the Jersey Shore.
I love using mustard as a baste. I actually use mustard as a marinade! Add Mustard and a little Maggi season sauce onto chicken wings. Let sit for a couple hours. Then add lemon pepper, garlic powder & cayane and grill! So good! 🤙
Nice job!! That's pretty close to how I cook them on the Macdaddy compound!! I put a tray of water under them to catch the juice to make gravy or broth. Chicken Baby!!
Hey Kosmo. I just recently grilled my Ribeye steaks like you do, but I basted it with "Plotchmans Mustard" not french mustard. Then I added your SPG and your Texas Beef. I wanted to try something different, and it ended up amazing. Everyone who had it just loved it. Give it a try. Thanks. T-Bone.
A thin mustard layer is used for ribs and brisket to hold on the rub. The mustard flavor cooks out. Don't care for it, leaves a paper like layer on the meat.
Thank you for emphasizing the importance of avoiding salmonella when dealing with chicken. I suffered a bout of salmonella from cross contamination at a restaurant. It knocked me down for over a month before we could find the correct antibiotic to kill it. I still do not process certain minerals well as a result of it and it was over 20 years ago. There is no one on earth I dislike enough to wish on them . So, thanks again for stressing food safety!
Dude I just got the rub you sent me, I thought you were being too generously applying the rub. I didn't use as much as you did, But it tasted so good I doubled up on the next steak. Unbelievable how Awesome this stuff it is. Texas Beef and Cow Cover forever man. thanks for educating us idiots on how to really enjoy steak. Man I am going to order more soon, wish I had a grill. I use my oven broiler it works ok thanks wish you guys all the best Doug from Arizona
Love all of your videos Cosmo, especially that chicken holder, for beer ,would that also.work.on turkeys? Also have you thought about selling your rubs and marinades at ace hardware, you would make the bucks,
I bought all the rubs. Used SPG, Texas Beef, and Cow Cover on the ribeyes last weekend at the lake. People lost their minds. This weekend gonna do some beer can chickens. I need to buy a 50# bag of SPG though. Burn through that quick!!
You should place those chickens in a gallon ziploc bag with a beer over night. With your ceramic beer holders you can then pour beer from bag into ceramic holder ( for less waste) will add a hoppy beer flavor as well. I promise you it is soo much better when soaked in beer over night.
I, I say I could not believe the moisture coming out those chickens, i was amazed Kosmo, I am doing this for sure , but what seasoning did you use. I have Dirty Bird if that what you used, but I will order what you used for this..... thanks for a terrific video and where do you get those chicken stands......
Gotta love that juicy bird, whats your opinion on brineing that little yard bird Kosmo? I love a beer can chicken, but the ones i brine are hard to beat!!! maybe its time to try both..... Beautiful stick burner you got there!!
brings back what memories ??? ... drinking Coors beer, drinking room temperature Coors beer, or drinking Coors beer at 9:30 in the morning ??? ... or all three ??? ... kinda brings back memories of all three for me personally ...

Love your products. I always stop by the store front when in town on business. Question, you season the chicken on the skin then it looks like you throw the skin away... Do you not like the skin?
How do you keep from having red bones when only cooking the thighs/legs to 165? Usually I have to hit around 175 before all the blood and redness is gone. I don’t mind it, but when I serve to crowds I typically have a few people question it. 👌✌️

Hello Charlie Marsh, Nope we just hang them then let them cook.
