I'm not sure if this is necessary for you, but it might be useful for someone else. My idea is to insert small PVC pipe sections into the mold at relevant intervals to create holes for running barbed wires. The PVC sections can be removed and reused before the concrete fully cures.

another suggestion is water-proofing the reinforcements, with bichemist concrete is not waterproof, creating concrete rot, splitting the concrete, and coating it in bichement or tar, to prevent this. and as the man said PVC tubing is to keep the metal line away from concrete .

@@bensterfarm here's another one i hope you will like, lay wheelbarrow on its side with something under it to lift it up a bit, place a bit of ply in it, proceed to shovel as much sand [whatever] as you want, then you stand on the top leg grip the side with both hands and swing your weight backwards to right the barrow you only need to put something under barrow when your mound of whatever is depleted.i have done it this way for years now ,it is faster and easier, i hope you were able to understand this, i shake my head when i see people doing it the ''normal'' way on the tv. works well with heavy rocks also ,just roll it in , no lifting. best wishes.

That's good idea, but the composite should also include lime or liquid bond, and the size of the bars are a bit large, they can capture moisture and burst the concrete as the rust builds up. Whereas tiny steel bars of a straw size can not overwhelme concrete even if the moisture is retained, it can easily be absorbed by concrete. This is science
Why are you making one other time when you can make 10 other times. Just make the mould bigger instead of one size. We Africans have the idea but we need to increase the production.
