There is always something good ahead. You need to cling to it. Last year I felt myself at the very bottom. But this year things are already much better. This is how life works. But you have to keep going.

If you open your mouth underwater, the water won’t instantly flow down your throat, you need to actively inhale (which your body will try do if you’re starved of oxygen). The fact that there are no air bubbles coming out of his mouth would seem to indicate that he isn’t actually screaming, just holding his mouth open (silent scream).

@@MargaritaLife why? Therapists only care about money, not you as a person. And it's not like I can talk to anyone about it in my life. Being a dude means I can't open up to other people without being ridiculed. Sometimes I think women have it easier, at least they can talk openly about it to their friends and not be laughed at or told to 'toughen up'. I've never had a girlfriend and the main reason why I need one is so I can have someone to open up to but my depression means I binge eat so I'm fat, ugly and just physically unattractive to girls so I'll never have a girlfriend so I'll never have someone to talk to about my feelings. It's gotten to the point that I think if I opened up to someone it would be better than sex or any other type of physical pleasure. God, I just want to talk to someone who understands or at least listens to me.

@@samuellennon1984 Not all doctors only want money. There are many doctors who can really help. I have friends who were at the bottom, but thanks to a good therapist, they live a happy life.
Being a girl is just as difficult to be as a guy. We have our own problems. Society in general has many prejudices. You need to learn to live so as not to pay attention to it. People may not like us, and that's okay. Since we don't like some people either.
Unfortunately, I also faced overeating against the background of my psychological state. I have been suffering from panic attacks and nervous conditions for several years. I understand what you are talking about.
But you need to understand one truth. If you cannot cope with your condition on your own, then you need to look for a good therapist. You can talk to him about everything. And also he really can help you cope with being overweight, and with the fact that you have no one to talk to and your other problems.
Don't think that all therapists are bad. They can really save you from your depression. But you also need to put in an effort. Let people help you. Search the internet for chats with psychological help. You can often get support on such forums from specialists.
But most importantly, be brave in your fight against depression. It's very difficult, but you can get past it and be happy.
