ah, this video i relate to beyond words... even though it is merely a fraction of what I actually go through in my heart, mind, and soul every single day, even when I smile or laugh or conversate with another it is always there, always, that torment and darkness dragging me down, and the only reason I go on is no longer for me but because I have a duty of care, i need to help others... because I don't want them to suffer the same way I have, no one, not even my worst enemy deserves that
Does it really make us stronger ? Or does it teach us to ignore it and push past it every time we feel the darkness coming back, until even the good moments can't be enjoyed anymore because for every moment of happiness, there will be a moment of consuming sadness ?

@@MargaritaLife it is what it is.. and I KNOW I’m not alone. It just doesn’t always FEEL that way. Knowing and feeling aren’t the same. Knowing relates to logic… feeling is all emotion. Emotions aren’t logical. BUT… I keep going, regardless. And I do my best to help other people to hurt less and feel more joy. And when I’m successful, that makes battling through my own pain VERY much worth it. ❤️🩹
That last line really resonates: "its not okay......no but it is what it is". We get in these ruts of darkness, hopelessness and sadness and never think we will see a bright ray of hope again but we have to find that tiny ember that turns into an inferno once fed....just keep that spark of hope alive no matter how hard, because none of us are ok and many of us never will be again but true power(magic)/determination comes from pain, so use that pain and iron it into a spear that leads to something better. Remember that you are loved and you are seen!
