Was it by any chance a registered building, up for sale , but they couldn’t get the planning for demolition and new build on the site …😉
I went inside it few weeks back now it's been burnt down such a shame

@lbrand2507 abit like me and my crew do urban exploring and someone had smashed a window and got in previous to us so we took our chance and explored it
