Hello. I am a beginner gardener I actually rent beds from a community garden. I live in the suburb of Baltimore MD. I have an HOA in the townhouse community so I am limited on what I can grow (and how much) in my back yard. I had such a good harvest of my tomatoes that I did what you did and froze the tomatoes. I have never made any type of sauce before so this video has helped me tremendously! But my favorite advice that you said I will do in the future is to core the tomatoes before freezing them. Thank you for sharing. 🍅
Great video! I made and canned marinara/pasta sauce for the first time this year! I love knowing what's in our food and we completely eliminate the sugar/sweetener. My husband and I eat low carb as well. Thanks for sharing!
If you want to skin them right after taking them out of the freezer just pour boiling water over them completely frozen and the skin will slip off so easily ... Just a tip I learned a while ago.
1 if there is a failed seal you wouldn't know with the rings on. The ring is only necessary until its cooled 2 it saves on how many rings we have to have.

Why do you not leave the rings on??
