The presentation seems to conflate "change" with changed "deliverables" (products) that result from a project. Delivery of new products are normally considered out of scope for projects. Why? With the exception of customized, one-off organizations such as general contractors in the construction sector, it is generally operations that deliver new products. This occurs after the project to implement change, here: to update the old product. Our project will be to produce change in product production, not produce products. Criteria for completion of such projects typically includes handing off the changes we developed in our project to the production operation. They make & deliver the products.
This is much helpful, I was so confused about what PRINCE2 is until now
Your PRINCE2 videos helped me a lot to understand this framework! Thanks!
