David, for your neck trouble go to an ATLAS ORTHOGONIST Doctor. They can fix your neck. Its not a chiropractor, no twisting of the neck or anything. An atlas dr can take an xray, see how bad its misaligned and they use an atlas table you lay on. A little machine arm attached to it taps with air on the correct spot of the neck to realign. Its painless, no surgery, no pills, just a painless click from this atlas table and youll be all better. Recovery from this kind of misalignment can be horrible but you can do it. Yours probably isnt as far off as mine was. Foresight chiropractic has 2 atlas doctors. They are located in gilbert, arizona which is close to cali. Might find one in cali but most states only have a couple atlas drs. Ok good luck to you hope you see this.
