Recipe (2.5 gal):
4 lbs two-row
6.4 oz Chocolate Wheat
4 oz Caramal 80
2.5 oz Carapils
2 oz Maltodextrin
.25 oz Galena @ 60 mins (22.5 IBU)
.12 oz Cascade @ 15 mins (2.2 IBU)
.12 oz Hallertau @ 5 mins (0.7 IBU)
Lallemand London Ale Yeast
Turns out I DID have Carapils in the mix so I'll have to figure out what's up with my head retention.

Yep! Thanks for the suggestion. It's definitely on the list. I need to get my range hood rework completed and then I'm planning on doing a quick overview of my setup and will probably do a brew day video for the Green Tea Cream Ale I have planned.
