The repeating presses and the timed presses means you are forced to be focused on the game instead of mindlessly tapping buttons and stuff. I'm so hyped for this!

I love the inspirations from ttyd aswell (counters - super guards, ball - power bounce, apple pie - that one item that makes user bigger while increasing attack which I forgot the name of) aswell as earthbound with its aesthetic. Really neat!

I like to imagine that blocktales was made because alot of ROLVE devs got tired of trying to update arsenal so they just banded together and made blocktales.

I missed these games on Roblox. I just got reminded of another rpg turn based game that got cancelled because apparently there wasn’t enough time to spend on the game (Adventure Story). It had potential but oh well
They should have special animation flavors for playing on each different demo, demo 1 would be “Vanilla”, demo 2 would be “Radioactive”.. very obvious names
I'm glad they have changed the UI, as it is plastered all over the screen. The action commands and such. But I like these old card designs, maybe a way to turn them on? Probably not possible as it won't fit the modern style.
idk if ur a tester or a dev, but, i really do hope that the zombie staff could be implemented into the game to summon like 1 or 2 zombie companion(s) to assist you with moves like ''Push'' or smth with little hp (plus it does fit with the retro/old roblox feel in a way) But uhh.. keep up the work! and i wish u well!! :]

it only changes if the health it is rolling down to is either below 5 or at 5
changes again if the health is rolling down to 0 or 1
