your hair is so long because your curls don’t have a lot of shrinkage. If it was like mine, then when the curls get wet, they would jump up and make the hair appear shorter than it really is. Like I wish my hair didn’t shrink so much because then it would be like yours and I love yours

UA-cam Okurr I know and when you dye your hair your hair it takes away most of your natural curl pattern or when you flat iron it a lot , so keep what you have because more than likely your hair is healthy.
Leeyah’s Corner yeah I’ve been trying to keep it as healthy as possible. But I have to dye it one more time to get my natural color back and then I’m done. I’ve been trying to keep it healthy for so long but it’s hard work. I used to have very straight hair up until I turned about 6-8 and then it started getting curly

The method that you used that you said you couldnt describe at 6:30 is called the "Rake and shake" method !! Scrunching will give great results as well ❤

Try a protein treatment that’s most likely the reason for the “soft” feel. especially after a chemical process like coloring your hair, you need to rebuild those bonds
Olivia yeah I bleached my hair and colored it twice🤦🏽♀️biggest regret my hair feels soft and just mushy so I’ll prolly try the aphogee protein treatment

This video helped me so much! I have been using a leave in conditioner, hair moose, and hairspray for the last 10 years. I would use those products and then blow dry out my hair. It was a long process and left my hair feeling dry and over-styled. I have started using all the products you showed in this video except the olive oil eco gel works better in my hair than the castor oil one for some reason.
I was wondering what conditioner you use in the shower?

I would use the miche shampoo because I promise it doesn't strip your hair AT ALL and you can even detangle with it in your hair. I hate the way regular shampoo feels too, even if it's sulfate free because it still feels drying

@@leshashanise3499 Hey! my hair is super prone to frizz so i use a good curl cream or styling cream underneath the custard for added moisture and definition. And i have paired it with a lot of products but the only way to truly know is to do a mixing test of the custard + the product you want to pair it with.

You should use bentonite clay since you don’t shampoo your hair. You do it once a month and it cleanses your hair and scalp.
