@@avac4761 You have to prepare your hair, like section or pre-poo. Then your wash and condition. And sometimes you let your your conditioner sit. Then you apply your styling products. Lastly, you either air-dry your hair or defuse. Which ever one you do will take forever. Oh, and sometimes you style their hair which can take hours sometimes. Why do you think they call it wash day? Because it takes all day, lol. Oof, I didn't even mention how long detangling takes sometimes.

I really think you should try it. I probs have the most unmanageable hair but the detangler made my hair have crazy crazy slip. Ridiculous quality but also kind of ridiculous price idk

thank you! 💕 I let my hair Air dry until it’s completely dry and then I stretch it using my blow dryer on low heat following up with “cool” blast. I have a video where I quickly explain it. It’s on the first impression of wet line xtreme gel video.

Sweet Crimson I personally deepcondition then regular conditioning. The deep conditioner I use penetrates the hair shaft and provides nutrients for the inner cortex. Then the regular conditioner smooths and fills in any gaps on the outer layer of the hair. This way, my hair is fully nourished. And if the deep conditioner is protein based, the rinse out is moisture based, and vice versa. I learned this tip from a UA-camr named shlinda1

There are mixed opinions about whether to rinse with cold or warm water for low porosity hair. How do you get your styling products to penetrate your strands if you rinse the deep conditioner with cool water?
I wish I could air-dry when I do this LCO method. I end up with product build up after a couple of days (and I don't use alot of product for this reason). I just have to use indirect heat to allow my hair shaft to absorb the products. Your hair is absolutely gorgeous though 😍

I've never known how to manipulate my natural hair (it was always dry and rough)and after countless attempts to find videos and information on how to look after my hair I decided to take the easy option and texturize my hair but since I've seen your video and done some more research on porosity types/ LCO and my hair is now at a good length as I've been able to grow my hair long enough to have braids which I've had for the last 2.5 years(note I'm a guy). I would like to try going natural again. I'm currently transitioning from texturized to natural hair and had a few questions for you. If you don't mind. Can I do this method during my transitioning phase? Will this method work for my natural 4c Low porosity hair? Will this help with shrinkage after my texturized hair goes because before I texturized my hair, I suffered from serious shrinkage after I would work out wearing box braids? Will this keep my hair soft and manageable? How often should someone do the LCO method if they workout 5 days a week and sweat a LOT!?

I use the tangle teezer brush and knock off brands of it, to de tangle before deep conditioning and it’s the only brush I’ll use it’ll brush through any hair type

Shampoo using sulfate shampoos, fuck what they said about them, low porosity hair is prone to buildup. When you deep condition, don't forget the roots, also when you are apply styling products don't forget your root, like if you were to get a silk press yk. Also when detangling make sure you are detangling the roots, tangle easily get stuck there since many people are used to just detangling from the middle to the ends

I use the tangle teezer brush and knock off brands of it, to de tangle before deep conditioning and it’s the only brush I’ll use it’ll brush through any hair type

Would you suggest all shes moisture products for low porosity hair? I’m trying to figure out how I can get my wash and gos from being stiff ugh 😫 I didn’t . I did the porosity test today tho and found out I’m low porosity
Shampoo using sulfate shampoos, fuck what they said about them, low porosity hair is prone to buildup. When you deep condition, don't forget the roots, also when you are apply styling products don't forget your root, like if you were to get a silk press yk. Also when detangling make sure you are detangling the roots, tangle easily get stuck there since many people are used to just detangling from the middle to the ends
