Ingredients:
Boiled (peeled) Potato - 500gm
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic- 8-10 cloves
Chopped Spring Onion- 1/4 Cup
Schezwan Sauce - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1/3 tsp
Tomato Sauce- 1 tsp
Red chilli Sauce - 1 tsp.
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce- 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Chilli Flakes- 1/3 tsp or optional

Hi Rakesh ji, thank you very much for writing me...i will post more easy and quick recipe for kids lunchbox..waise mai apna experience share kar rahi hu aapse, mai apne 7 years ke bete ko brunch me fruits(apple or banana) aur cashews deti huaur lunch me two chapati roll stuffed with any dry veggie..es se kya hota hai ki mujhe baaki time me tension lene ki jarurat nahi padti ki use fruit khilana hai ya sabzi :)

Yummmy mu me paani aa gaya;) kabita ma'am,can v use besan(gram flour) instead of corn flour?
use maida only..do not use besan in this recipe.
Besan doesn't go with the flavour of sauces!
