Potato(peeled and washed)-4 (cut into thick slices)
Green chilli(chopped)-2
Garlic(chopped)-6 to 8
Spring onion(chopped)-1/3 cup
Onion(cut into square shape)-1
Yellow Bell pepper(cut into square shape)-1/4
Red Bell pepper(cut into square shape)-1/4
White vinegar-1 tsp
Dark soy sauce-1.5 tsp
Green chilli sauce-1 tsp
Red chilli sauce-1 tsp
Tomato sauce-1 tsp (optional)
Schezwan chutney/sauce-1 tsp (optional)
Cooking oil for frying and cooking
Cornflour-1.5 tbsp
All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Fry ke liye konsa oil acha hai. ?
Apki process bahut achi hai. Ap video mai bataya kariye ki ap konsa oil use krte h .
Mai usually filtered groundnut oil use karti hu...oil apne apne preference pe depend karta hai...mere gao me mustard oil use karte hai but uska strong taste sabko pasand nahi aata isiye mai specific oil nahi bolti :)

Mam last step mein fried potatoes ko sauces or veggies k sath cook karte time ye cornflour mein water dalkar mix karne se kya koi different taste aata hain or nahi karne se bhi ?
cornflour aap sauce dalne ke baad he daal de..maine wo process esliye dikhaya taki jinke paas cronflour available nahi hai wo bhi ese bana sake..

Potato takes quite some time to cook from inside. As this is an Indo-Chinese dish, it will be cooked very fast and on high heat. If the potatoes are not boiled, they will remain uncooked.
