I would recommend getting your teeth whitened AFTER you have your braces removed. Also, I’m with you on being done with teeth! I need a second round of braces cuz my teeth are shifting cuz my girl refused to give me built in retainers at the top and that’s my main problem area 😩. Adulting real hard out here! You should try Mr. Shield screen protectors from Amazon. They’re like $6 for 3 & they lasttt. I’ve used them for 4 years w my 6s plus and now my 11. No complaints
Dairy from milk messes me up, so for my coffee I use vanilla flavored almond milk and a teeny bit of dairy creamer. Maybe try that? I know there's almond creamer, but my family doesn't use it...so... lol
