Up Close! - Nike Dunk Low 85 Athletic Dept. Picante Red (FJ5429-133)

The Nike Dunk Low 85 Athletic Department pays homage to the year the Nike Dunk Low made its debut...1985. It features a vintage motif with a white canvas base (not exactly the ideal material for clean freaks) , grey suede overlays and red leather swoosh and heel. The aged-yellow laces and midsoles and custom graphic ("Athletic Dept. 1972") insoles are a nice touch, though the gray outsoles would've looked better if they had also been in aged yellow or gum.
