In this recipe we prepare a tender pork cooked with an aromatic mix of vegetables and spices. First we fry the pork in a pan until it is golden brown and juicy. Then we add onions, carrots and garlic to intensify the flavors. The dish becomes even more flavorful with a delicious mix of peppers and Provençal herbs.

Pork - 1kg (2.2lbs)
Salt

30g (2 tablespoons) butter
Black pepper
2 onions
1 carrot
3-4 cloves of garlic
paprika
Provencal herbs
200 ml (0.85 cups) water
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons honey
3-4 potatoes
500 ml (2 cups) water
Parsley
30g (2 tablespoons) butter
100 ml (0.4 cups) milk
