I love your videos! I came across your channel today after searching for info on fitness wear and underwear brands made from natural fibres because of the toxicity of synthetic materials - particularly when sweating. I've been trying to clear out my wardrobe of - to be fair - things I love but just haven't been able to get wear out of them because I wear the same items over and over for half the year then switch over for the warmer half of the year so it's as though I've gotten a new wardrobe the following year and can't help feeling like they're going to waste but your video series on fabric type from three years ago was so informative - I knew synthetic fabrics were toxic but couldn't always decipher what the greenwashing of labels always meant. The good news is I now have an easy way to cull my wardrobe; the bad news is some of my most loved are polyester etc.

Where did you get the black shirt you're wearing in the video? I'm looking to go back to basics.

      Hi Amalia
It is an old navy cashmere and wool cardigan. I bought it from an Australian brand called "Trenery". As an alternative, I saw beautiful cardigans from Cuyana and Vince.

When is it time to retire a t shirt or jeans? I feel so wasteful when it gets tiny holes on my tshirt and I throw it away. And my jeans I wore so much it is comfortable, but it has a hole in the back pocket because I sit down with my phone in it many times 😆
