There may be other hidden charges which buyers are not aware right now as builder is hiding it. No transparency + each facility available in club is charged additionally apart from mandatory club membership charges. New parking given now to buyers are open as they do not have adequate covered parking available. These things salesman or brokerers on youtube Will not tell you. So choose wisely.
