- IFBB Pro Patrick Moore turned heads at the 2019 Olympia when he stepped on stage and brought one of the most underrated packages at that show. He finished 10th, but there was an argument that he should have placed even higher. This was because of his beautiful lines and symmetry.
It was clear that Patrick Moore had the potential to really shine in open bodybuilding. Maximizing that potential however, has been somewhat of a challenge for Patrick over the years as he hasn't been able to keep up in the growing size race.
That doesn't mean its over for Patrick though...

He got ahead of himself and thought be was better than he was
I think it’s fair to note that Patrick competed at a very week lineup in the Olympia that year. No doubt it’s still an accomplishment to place top 10, but in an Olympia like this year he would have been 16th (tied for last)
He is 39 now in 2023
Man is getting past is prime
No cares about age. It's your body age that matters. He has a 23 age body he needs to just bulk up already.
Hoping this isn’t the end for Patrick I was hyped to see him come up when Greg Doucette first brought to my attention
I actually saw Patrick step out when I watched that Olympia live stream that year, and man he was so special even on a screen. One of the most beautiful physiques in all of open bodybuilding too. I hope he can come back better when he recovers.
I’ve been interested in bodybuilding competition recently, and one thing I can not understand is the fact that people think that some Bodybuilders like Patrick looks small compared to his competitors. He looks the same size as them to me. I am truly amazed by the fact that people think that he looks relatively smaller. I guess time will make my eyes more conditioned to seeing things like that😂
To the untrained eye every pro bodybuilder looks the same

Who the hell compared this guy to young Ronnie? Still Ronnie look like a big guy this guy is small , he won’t ever put on that kind of weight.

Hope he's just focusing on gains. I think he can keep his tiny waist coz he eats slowly. That means to get the calories in he'll just take longer to eat, maybe in front of UA-cam videos like this. He should be posting updates anyway. So what if he's not shredded. If he was I'd be thinking he's not serious about gains anyway. Seems sensitive. He should ignore criticism and know that all bodybuilders of his caliber are in essence perfect physiques and it's just that to pick a winner one must pick on tiny detail like Brandon Curry's legs. Huge and detailed in reality, but not compared to others or his upper body and only by a small margin at that. Everything is turning a mole hill into a mountain when comparing the top 10. How else can you pick a winner if you don't? That means he's seeing a mountain when it's really a mole hill. Yes, Nick Walker is crazy big, but so is his mid section. An aesthetic bodybuilder just needs to be in the ball park in size to be in the hunt. Shaun Rhoden, Dexter Jackson, etc. He should just post anything, like training tips. Doesn't have to be about his own progress. If he has an achilles heel issue he should get a hyperbaric tank. Dodgy out of China but they work. I got one. The build was so bad I doubted it would work. So I bought some test meters and shit! It was producing oxygen! Can't get the bends at 1.3 atmospheres either. It may help with recovery too for greater gains.
He is too small and failed to gain much-needed muscle mass. Moreover, he is 40 now. Now we have other mass monsters like Derek, nick, SAMSON, and NECKZILLA. His and Sergio's time is over.
Feel like his genetics of drug absortion and resistance of side effects hold him back big time
Sadly Patrick and his physique isn’t appreciated. For some reason people like guys who are 5’6” that weigh 280lbs. With wide waists and bubble guts. Overall size should not be the top thing considered.
Patrick his ceiling is what he shows nowadays. The 2019 Olympia was a fluke and he thinks he is so good. He and Sergio Jr can't handle anything
