JUJU JUJU I think that’s one of the reasons I like it. They get crazy power out of a 2 liter. I guess as long as it’s under warranty.
Jon Becker they are actually fairly durable. People already said the last a45 and cla45 wouldnt last long because of their 360/380hp from that 2.0 4pot. But they also last well. And I recently read an article how many things mercedes did to that engine to make it more durable and that was really quite a lot and pretty mindblowing.
I dont think that they will have many engine issues
A great design from a good German engineer who shows that a small engine with a good design can get amazing power.

Not absolutely. This has jerky transmission. Bmw’s 8speed ZF is good enough. It is smooth and mindblowingly fast

Honestly with it's price, this car is a no-brainer if you're looking for a sporty sub-compact saloon. Yes it's only a 2.0L engine but with this performance it's enough. Also with baby CLS aesthetic it makes the driver look more rich than they actually are.

Hello, iam planning to order the same cla 45 amg 2023 in few weeks, but iam bit unclear on what is the S ? Is it the dynamics plus and the suspensions package ? Both of these will bring it as “S” ? Also i while building my car i didnt see the exhaust performance option for the ClA 45 ?! I hope you can see this comment.

its astonishing to see 2.0 and 420 hp..most of the ''sport'' or performance cars have at least 3.0 turbos, not long time ago there were v8 with this power...like old audi's rs...even merc too.. I mean bmw m3 e90 has v8 with simmilar output...

I do agree with what you’re saying, however, it’s just as disruptive as the hundreds of loud cars flying by since it’s literally the damn autobahn. Sure, he is closer, but a louder car flying by is just as loud.

You can barely even hear this car from the outside lol, it only sounds like that in the cabin.
That tiny 4 cylinder engine sure can push this car to 300 km/h, yeah the C63s sounds better but this is in practice a baby AMG GT for less than half the money.

I think that out of all the AMG cars they have right now this is the one I want. Or the GLA if they come out with an S version. Maybe because it’s almost in reach for me. 4 or 5 years down the road you could get a nice used one for a good price. You can get a lower miles 2016 CLA 45 for less than $30k now.

Martin Palacios yeah they’re awesome. I’d probably go for the GLA though. They have a little more utility. My wife has a gla 250 and we love it.
I mean it's really just for me and whenever I go out with friends. I've got a truck if i need utility. I know a lot of people love the gla but I'm not such a big fan of the design.

A bit of a controversial opinion, but I think the CLA and the CLS are the best looking modern Mercedes.
That weird interruption on the acceleration at 276 kph!... and it was noticeable that that car still had plenty to give!
