    I used to snore badly and was out of breath and stopped breathing for long time as said by my roommate. Saw this video about 2 months ago and after continuously doing these exercises for 2 nearly months, my problem is nearly gone.

      I just recently found out I had sleep apnea. I thought I was having bad dreams or got really scared at night. For me it's been happening for a year now. No wonder I only got sleep lying on my side part way on my tummy.
      I just wonder how much damage I have already done to my body :(.

    Exercises:
    1. Touch tongue to (or toward) chin. (10 reps x 5-10 seconds)
    2. Touch tongue to (or toward) nose. (10 reps x 5-10 seconds)
    3. Touch tongue to (or toward) nose with head back, looking upwards. (10 reps x 5-10 seconds)
    4. Pull one cheek outward with one index finger. (5-7 reps x 5-10 seconds)
    5. Pull other cheek outward with other index finger. (5-7 reps x 5-10 seconds)
    6. Inflate mouth with as much air as possible. Hold it then exhale it slowly. (5 reps x 10 seconds of holding, 10 seconds of releasing)
    For the first 5 exercises, be sure to keep breathing throughout the exercise.

      interesting points ,if anyone else is searching for snoring at night try secret snorer system (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.

    Thank you so much! I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago, was always tired and snored badly. Since I've been doing these exercises consistently I sleep great and... quietly!

    Hello señora Rachel I want to thank you for sharing this information before I suffered a stroke I had a very bad sleep apnea and today I’m not sure if is gone I have lost a lot of weight but the only way to know if I still snore like a monster truck is going back to sleep with my wife I will put to practice this right away Thank you!!!!     Yes ma’am let’s keep smiling and make others smile specially our family I have put to practice your exercises... after the stroke my left side of my face still a little numb and with a lot of pain some sort of a neuralgia pain something like a bad wisdom tooth pain...anyway I hope this video helps a lot of people thank you for sharing Blessings!!!

      Having suffered from loud snoring and mild sleep apnea that have been getting more serious for longer than my spouse concerns about, I chose to try out this snoring treatment t.co/YQt06Q9Wam It got me three weeks to get considerable results, but after a month or so my spouse said that I had neither snored or stopped breathing during the earlier evening!

    thanks so much Rakel. my cousin has been snoring since forever. its been getting worse i suspect from his weight gain. but since he has done your exercises, his snoring has much improved and he said he has been sleeping so much better. he knows this cause he is not tired after waking and his throat is not dry . plus i dont hear his snoring from across the house from my room

    I got tonsilectomy surgery on dec 2020 due to sleep apnoea problem. But, 2 weeks after the surgery my sleep apnoea reappeared. How frustrating it was. 2 days doing this excercise made my throat little bit sore. Then i have tried this excercise for 1 weeks. It is amazing that my sleep apnoea stop from the first day i did this excercise. I am now going to do this excercise as my daily routine.

    Thanks for your time, I will do it, they diagnosis me with sleep apnea 4 weeks ago, I have this condition for long time, but told me is part of my lungs and gave different results and medicine, after the apnea test in home, told me I need a cpap machine, insurance approved, I will get it by July 08 20, but still I will do this exercises, again thanks 🙏

      Jose, and everyone:. Do not mess around with sleep apnea, it can cause pulmonary hypertension and research has shown brain hypoxia. Sleep apnea causes hypoxia: hypoxia = less oxygen. This means your organs are getting less oxygen at night. I'm not opposed to the exercises, but want folks to understand that sleep apnea is not to be taken lightly. See your practitioner, get a workup and get referred to a sleep center for a sleep study.

    Siento la necesidad de carraspear y tragar constantemente y me molesta.
    Tienes alguna idea como tratar esta condición ?

      Es temporal? o constantemente la tienes inflamada? La uvula inflamada se puede deber a varias cosas: que no estás tomando suficiente agua, que tienes un virus o bacteria en la zona produciendo la inflamación, o si fumas esto también contribuye. Yo comenzaría por tomar mínimo 8 vasos de agua diarios. E ir a tu medico si se trata de una infección prolongada.

    My mother has Severe Sleep Apnea and she needs to go for her gallbladder removal surgery under GA.. Can she go for it? Will it be safe? Or risky?

    Will be trying this out tonight. I am desperate to find a cure. I am not sure if its co- related but sleep apnea might of cause my anxiety.

    Going to try this over the next couple of weeks.I suffer from terrible sleep apnea, wake up with tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth and terrible headaches. My wife says I stop breathing for up to 30 seconds too. I'm walking around like a Zombie most of the day can't remember much and have difficulty concentrating. Had a CPAP machine and it didn't work for me was really uncomfortable.

    These tongue exercises seem to help reduce apnea occurrences.
