Alien Captain Concept 001

This alien captain concept is the first organic creature i've designed, modeled and animated from the ground up. It took about three days to get to this point. The texture is partially see through so we can see organelles inside him. Right now the texture is procedural, but I would like to hand paint some spots to make him look more evolved. The lip sync was manually keyframed so it may not be perfect but I do hope to completely automate this in the future as it is tedious beyond belief.
