Funky Danish show where various successful Danish singers were invited. They get to know a bit about one another, and then, throughout the length of the show (I think it was a week long or so), they each take a turn being the focus of the evening where each of the other singers has to sing a song to them......something relevant to the person in the hot seat. Anyway, the majority of these other singers had no idea who Floor is before this show. To say she blows them away is an understatement. To say she will blow YOU away......is another understatement. One note: Make sure you choose clips wherein you can have english subtitles and you get the conversations leading up to each song......not just the song itself. The background and motivation for each song is as interesting as her renditions. I'll tell you this.....she sings different songs in English, Dutch, Spanish and German......un-fucking-believable. Another one that always gives me a physical reaction is "Nemo", because it was the first Nightwish song I ever heard (which started me on this beautiful journey). This is the tail end of their 18 month Imaginaerum album world tour. Their Imaginaerum album has quite a few songs on it that have that mystical/fantasy vibe.. But, a you will see their next album may completely switch it up and have a more power metal sound, you just never know.. But, no matter the style of music they will all have those rich symphonic and choir elements that give the music that full exciting signature sound to it.
