I always liked the guy who played Wallace from the very beginning. He just comes across as a genuinely nice person. He was great choice for the role. I'm glad they expanded his character on the show.
Bill Kennedy ya I love him he is great I just hated him when he made holly move to Nashua
@@ATS1031 I understand where your coming from but I have to disagree Michael and Holly legally had to disclose their relationship but we're discovered by David making him not know how long it's been a thing without them filing that they were in a relationship so he didn't really have many options besides transferring one of them, firing one, or both so he kinda had to do that
Joseph Behanan hmm well I’ve never worked in an office I didn’t know it was mandatory for them to sign one like Pam and Jim never signed one jelly Ryan Andy Angela Dwight Angela none of them did at least not that I remember
ATS Also you have to consider the ethical issues around Michael and Holly’s relationship. Employees go to HR to report and make complaints about toxic behavior, illegal actions, and rule breaking done by other employees. In a perfect world, if a person needs to, they should be able to report their manager if they are doing something bad. But Holly would be inherently biased towards Michael, their boss. Having a manager and an HR rep be a couple working at the same business is just a disaster waiting to happen.
Pretty sure he worked on wall street irl so he was a good fit.
Imagine getting chewed out by the man that has the patience for Michael Scott
That's when you know Ryan f**ked up 😂

I love this comment. It makes the thumbnail even funnier
Michael is just immature, he's not a cheat. He's a great salesman and a caring boss. Ryan committed fraud.
@@badassmoralfukka1 I think that's his point. The fact Ryan was able to make someone like David Wallace lose his patience who clearly has the patience for Micheal Scott says a lot about how much Ryan messed up lol

I'm generally against the idea of someone being reduced to tears at the workplace but if there is anyone who has it coming, it would be someone like Ryan.
To all those who disagree with Ryan getting yelled at by Wallace,
*he started the fire*
Something similar happened on my first day of internship. A guy got chewed out and apparently fired on that day because he committed fraud. Felt bad for the guy even though I didn't really know him. But still made me shivers down my spine when I remembered how the boss yelled could be heard from the 2nd floor.

@@kyoroshidest1865when I was young my father owned his own buisness with a "friend". This friend not only embezzled alot of money from my father he also committed fraud against their customers.. It's like the funny version of Beautiful Boy
@@johnbarber4549 *who would you do flashbacks*
Yeah, he always had the mentor-protege delusion going on.
I love how Wallace loses it on Ryan but is so patient with Michael.
In real life, they’d both be fired and unable to ever find a good job in the business world again because Ryan committed financial sales fraud and Michael is an idiot with no self-awareness who costs the company a lot of money and grief with his antics, but speaking within the context of the show universe, I would think that the reason why David Wallace is considerably nicer to Michael than Ryan is because, *at the very least,* Michael, simpleton though he may be, genuinely *means well* and is good at making sales with clients face to face. Yes, Ryan is smarter than Michael with a better education, but he sucks at sales and he deliberately committed a crime of fraud against the company to cover up his own laziness and unwillingness to learn.
Peter Schipper well despite the antics of Michael, he IS good at his job and his branch has done well for the company. I think while David is baffled by whatever it is that makes things work, they DO work.
Wallace always had genuine respect for Michael.
@@shmeagol I won't say, respect. Micheal quits later in the season because he realised in 15 years working there, Wallace doesn't respect him but just tolerates him. Wallace just sees Michael as a nice guy, buffon that's actually strangely making a profit. He would have got rid Micheal a long time ago if he could. He's tries putting in Charles to buffer himself from Michael.
Michael rakes in cash
4:28 you can clearly see Michael being bummed out by Ryan's reaction but he is sweeps it aside thinking that he would learn later in the future.

@@honeycomb937 Nope. You clearly don't know how to use the "whoooosh" meme. Oof.
@@jtm232556
well, you either didn't get that op was making a joke, which would be a woosh, or you did get it and decided to rain on everyone's godforsaken parade.
David Wallace is a different actor when you hear him through Ryan's earpiece
ikr
I don't blame him. Every man has a limit to their patience. Ryan was a fraud and deserved all of it.
@@abhay4147 No like, he's literally a completely different actor
really? he sounds the same to me
Agreed
The pain in “he just made the list” was simply unbearable

“he allegedly admitted as guilty”
Watching these scenes is so weird. I feel like I’m just watching the office but at the same time it’s like I’m watching a completely different show
holy shit dude this, i felt so weird watching this clip, felt like something was missing, but i didn't felt that when i started to watch the episode, no wonder they deleted this
They’re just actual happenings @ The Office that the camera crew cut out of the final documentary.
Couldn't help it,
He was yelling so hard.
Chris Jericho used your list gimmick idea in the WWE Ryan. Will he make the list?

You exist😂
You started the fire
That's what she said!
You just know BJ wrote this part for himself lmao
"This guy has a criminal record, I think that's a little excessive." Michael Scott is the best
The only thing that is cry inducing is Michael's sin of a goatee
Its a Brotee good sir
0:07 “That’s what she said” Michael in the background 😭😭😂😂😂😂😂
He said “you a pathetic human being... get the hell outta that office” 💀
Shay I hate Ryan. I wish we could have heard David a lot louder.
3:02 Kevin’s face is my favorite part 😂😂😂😂

So when Netflix eventually takes back The Office can we have extended episodes? Call it...the Full Ream edition
Thats a good name lol
Brilliant!!!
which country do you live?
@@ernestogastelum9123 what does he mean 'take back the office?" I still have it on my netflix in America.
Jai Offord It’s leaving Netflix in January 2021 in the US
So Stanley and David terrified him
David made him lose his mind and Stanley helped him in finding it.
@@RahulSiyanwal I seen that comment also
Don't forget Darryl and the sea monster.
David was the first to make him cry
David is one of my favorite characters. He’s so patient and kind with Michael no matter how ridiculous Michael is being. I wish they put this scene in there, because I would have made me love him more 🥰
It's moreso because for some goddamn reason, everything Michael does ends up working. David Wallace sees Michael as some inexplicable X-Factor that barely keeps the branch above the rest. He acquiesces to Michael because he can't afford to lose him as we saw what happened with the Michael Scott Paper Company.
@@maninthetrenchcoat5603the paper company didn't work, but because Michael was behind it they viewed it as an actual threat.

I want Dwight drop kicking a stack of paper a tattoo.
Mulverine Films that’s not a drop kick
Well, there’s two schools of thought. First, wait...what are you doing?
Ok you win
Michael!
David Wallace was completely right to immediately re-fire Ryan on the spot all things considered, I'd have absolutely done the same. The man put everyone's livelihoods in danger by his criminal activity, and the fact he didn't have the least bit of gratitude to Micheal for (completely undeservedly) saving his job really proves just how bad a person he is. He didn't regret his crimes, he only regretted getting caught.
I really wish they expanded on this and made him reflect on all the stuff he'd done to that point that hurt people, and I wish he would have turned into a good person in the end. Would've been one of the best character arcs in television history.
Too bad nerd silicon valley ryan was kinda funny

What's funny is that BJ Novak, the guy who plays Ryan, is one of the main writers for the show. As is Mindy Kaling (Kelly)
@@jfjvmdvbdcndkj I love the fact that they chose to give themselves the most toxic relationship
Tô be fair until the finale I don’t recall him actually doing anything that bad. There was that incident of insubordination where he ended up in the closet, but I think overall he settled in to his underwhelming life and accepted it with grace. He doesn’t even continue with his list after this episode. He even tells him a couple of episodes after this how he’s quit the rat race.
Of all the places that Ryan could have gone to work, I'm not sure why he had any desire to return to Dunder Mifflin.
probably a lot places wouldnt take him since he made it in the news that he was stealing money
Two words... Kelly Kapur
Kelly and Michael Scott. He probably knows Michael will take him back no matter what.
Well when he left the second time he started working at a bowling alley which was worse so no he didn't have too many other options.
“You should have taken that job at McDonald’s”
So that’s why Ryan got scared when he saw David at the auction
That faint "that's what she said" in the background when he said "pretty tight"
