Today We are going to make the best Pork curry you will ever taste in your life.
Step 01.
Seasoning the Pork
Pork - 500g
Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ciannamon - small piece
Cardomon - 3-4 nos
Cloves - 3-4 nos
Ginger - Small piecs
Curry & Pandon Leaves - Bit more
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2-3 nos
Mustard Paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2 medium size
Garlic - 4 cloves
Step 2
Tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Curry & Pandon Leaves - a bit
Green Chilli - 3-4 nos
Capcicum - 2 nos
Onion - 1 nos Medium Size
