It just means that the food is so good, that you concentrate on eating the food more than the person dying next to you.
If someone died eating food, I doubt I'd order the same thing.

The 29th of September was the day my dog died in 2016, but now that I found this channel a while back, I think of it as "Marshal Does Stuff day"
Windows XP is my favourite arcade game. One of the most challenging ones out there!
If you adjust the dipswitches right, you can unlock a secret level originally only found in the Japanese version. The name of the level is in Japanese but it roughly translates to "Task Manager", although the English release has it spelled " TASSK MANAGEL" because you know, Japanese spelling.
Once you adjust them correctly, you can access the level by defeating World 1's Internet Explorer boss, and just as it dies (during the explosion sequence) hold the Fire, Bomb and Special buttons while heading towards the center of its body. Stay there for four seconds and when it dies, nine icons will appear and revolve around you. Depending on the character your playing, one of them will fly towards you and transport you to the secret level, with this message:
"THIS PORGRAM ISNT' RESPONSE.
WE CAN TRY TO EVALUATE THE CANCELLATION.
BUT IT WONT STOP??
YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING?!"
So, one thing about this level: the boss you fight here takes a form that depends on how long it took you to defeat Internet Explorer.
3 minutes: Dr. Twain (TWAIN32 in the JP ver.)
1 minute: Clippy (or, くれぴ in the JP)
30 sec.: BonziBUDDY ("Warui-narabe")
By the way I forgot to mention the Task Manager Zone has gimmicks that are all randomized, including the bosses in this level. BonziBUDDY's attacks, being randomized, are all the most difficult to avoid, and he has the most health out of all the bosses. If you take too long to beat him, he uses an attack called "Data Splint-Jacker" which is a ball of energy that draws everything in the level into it, and it chases you. It moves slightly faster than your Ga-Navi, and if it hits you, the entire game resets and you have to insert more money/tokens.
Please don't tell me I was the only one that almost cried from the voicing at 25:39
