Atropine... Inhibits M1 receptr present on vagus nerve(normally M1 receptr acts as breaks and dec ACH release when it is released enough)... So blocking M1 will lead to inc ACH release which produces inhibitory efect on heart causing bradycardia.. Then By M2 blocking of Atropine... The inhibitory effect of ach is dec that leads to inc heart rate.
