You should! I'm all about bulk cooking, otherwise I'll be too tired to do it every week (or even every month). Plus, it saves a lot of money in oil costs when you do it all at once and don't have to discard in between!

Yum.... I need to figure out a good salt and vinegar seasoning for chips, because I love homemade chips, but my family has to have salt and vinegar, and my attempts for that have not worked well. Definitely trying your bbq seasoning though.
