I’m shooting gold tip velocity Valkyrie 300spin 28inch with 100 grain inserts and 125 gr dead meat/mega meat end up being 525gr arrows with 15.8 foc and mine are pretty much dead on target
Bought these cuz they were cheap on Amazon. upon opening and inspecting the blades feel pretty wonky don't seem to lock open or closed. IDK but was underwhelmed out of the package. Do you have to replace the collar or ring or whatever they call it after every shot or just when it won't hold the blade ?
You know that's weird you didn't have the blades clip-in right or something went wrong I shoot them out of crossbows that shoot over 400 feet a second and if they didn't fly like a field tip I wouldn't shoot them and you know these broadheads are designed to open I'm flesh and I'm animals they're not going to open right shooting them into a ice block not a very good review at all

The company does recommend replacing the collars after each shot for better blade security. You can purchase the replacement collars separately
You can't measure penetration on a bag target. You hit a different spot/type of fill with every shot.

Graduated from these to the mega meat...killed 2 they were great! BUT then had an issue with that damn clip! Never again! F^&% that clip!

I’d be curious to know with some of these heads that come with the little field point thing with them. If they fly the same as the broadhead!
I’ll shoot both on my next test if it has them in it!
