    Great explanation! Is it possible to make a video to illustrate how H-bridge applied to a three-phase AC current input control the direction of rotation, please? For a single-phase rectifier is simple- just change the input current from top left tot top right IGBT, but I have difficulties to fugure out how this is applied to a three-phase input. Thanks again!

    Can someone tell me if a H-bridge only uses half the voltage that is passed into it? Having trouble understanding why my H-bridge motor driver seems to only run half the power through it. It's making my brain bleed going down all kinds of rabbit holes and I wonder if the thing is just not working right.

    How is the polarity of the current flow reversed if the battery position remains the same?

      Look closely at the switches, they determine which direction the current will flow through the wire. That determines the polarity

    that's an inefficient way of rotating a motor, i think H-bridge controllers are only useful in reversing the the current flow and the rotation of machines like motors
