Shoul be mentioned, it's not just small fish, commercial carp method, like shown. It also works for bigger more difficult fish.

hello sir, very nice to watch your video catching big carps. In your float fishing method, what is the right position(depth) of the hooked bait? Is it floating on water surface or is it at the bottom of the lke?

Nice video. Sir can u make video for deep water using at least 7 to 12 feet deep from float. In that how we can use float when fish ll come close to us after snage on our hook.so would float move by rod eye guild while lending the fish.kindly make such video for big carp.

A stop knot is what you need to use. The knot will pass through the rod rings, but stop the float at the correct depth. Sliding float is the term to read about.

Sweet corn kernels are great, bread also works a charm in populated areas where people feed ducks and birds as carp will often eat a lot of it as a result

For float fishing in the margins i've had best results with prawns.Have done well with dog meat and hot dog sections aswell.Once i've plumbed the depth i'll move the float up 4 to 6 inches so I'm well layed on and scatter a bit of feed in pellets, groundbait, hemp etc.And fish a prawn over the top of it.

Pellets.....had upto 27lb on red Robin 8 mils. Carp are greedy so will catch on anything really. Bread, pellets, paste, wasters, corn, meat and the list goes on. Also depends if ya place HAS doubles in.

I like the look of that rod aswell and was gutted when I found that they're now discontinued.I've seen that korum do a rod called the "allrounder" either in 11 foot pound and a quarter,or a 12 foot pound and a half test curve. They too have the k flex carbon and in the video appear to have just as nice a softness and through action as the discontinued carp float rod. There's a video on them. And as the name states they're great for all types of fishing, species and situations.Including float fishing the margins for carp.I think I'm going to treat myself to the 11 foot version.
