Great Demo 👍 subscribed , thank God no shredding or pentatonic blues , just straight ahead rock , but so thought I was all in for the vintage , but that Classic sounds great also , I can’t decide 😬
El34 not el84. And the 5watt setting on the vintage is definitely not home use volume. Only slightly less volume. More a change in headroom if anything
Whole signal chain is responsible for that crappy sound. Wouldn't recomment an SV/SC20 without an attentuator for home use. You have to turn it up load to get an acceptable sound. Next there are these crappy 10' Speakers in these combos. They sound thin and harsh as well, if you try to play "silent". Overall, the combination Telecaster and SV/SC20-Combo is no good idea without an attentuator and sep. cab. with e.g. G12M25 or G12H30 Speaker.
Your right mate, they look great, cosmetically fabulous. Cheap rattle bottle JJtubes with MARSHALL printed on them. Couple of ICs on the board so not all tube. The effects loop switch is a doozy, I've had one that popped loud, one that didn't click or work at all, in fact...3 lemons in a month. Inside this UK AMP.....no different than the Vietnamese components quality. Very cheaply made and a downright travesty/disgrace to the great Marshall history. There is nothing good about these amps sadly 😢 Marshall has crashed and burnt. Sorry
Great demo! Thanks. but still hard to select.

At 2:12 you say they have 2 EL84 power valves. These have EL34s, correct?

so does that mean you can get more dirt at a lower volume on the 5w setting then?
@@MatthewDeacon-jc8hi yes, though less volume will still always mean a less fat sound
i think i prefer the sound of the studio vintage, but they are both great
how did you set The sv20 to sound that gainy?
you just turn it up real loud

But I thought that Marshall was made specifically to overrule everyone else in the band? 😂
Great work! No dumb ass cheese 🤘👍😎😃
RIP WARNIE! OMG! CAN'T BELIEVE IT! 2 CRICKET LEDGENDS GONE IN 2 DAYS!!!
That Tele sounds like crap no matter which amp or circuit your using.
