When I first saw this I said,"What kind of nonsense is this? No wonder the Chinese put up a firewall!" But guess what? It's actually pretty good! The dancers do seem to be moving to the rhythm and beat of the song, and of course the song itself is a high-energy classic ( along with their other hit "May I"). Love those ladies and the male dancer too!
The dancer from Bill Deal's group dancing with these ladies is my brother in law, Bobby Fisher. He was the sax player and the choreographer for the band as well as for the first Fat Ammons Band. Both bands from Va. Beach, Va. He just passed away last week and I know he is in heaven singing, dancing and playing his sax! RIP Bobby Fisher!!
@@cowboyjoe5402 The Tams version was very good, kind of a slow dance song, and beautifully sung with the groups excellent sweet harmonies, but Bill Deal and the Rondells made it into a different tune with it's snappy, uplifting rhythm's. Their version would choreograph well with the shuffle style, and many other popular dance versions.
It reminds me of the summer of 1969 when I was in basic training in Ft. Campbell, KY. I to had to stand and march to whatever the drill instructor wanted me to march to. All those ladies are great. I wish that was what the army taught us in 1969, but we had to dance to a much meaner and much more boring beat of a drum. I love the dancing skill of the instructor and ALL of those girls were great learners and dancers. The song is great but the dancers make it that more fun to watch. It's the best video for this song.
I looked for a long time for the french song " fi fi fini by Sacha Distel . Bravo for this great assembly. This Band Bill Deal & The Rhondels was completly unknow in Europe too bad. Now i m gonna try to find more about this group
Delicious ladies and amazing choreography by Bobby Fisher

LMAO. Good observation, I wasn't playing attention to the choreography, I was too busy listening to the song & comparing it to The Tams version.

BOB KLEIN V
What a picker upper
It makes the brain create endorphins, same as the runners high.
Who are the dancers?
Why does this..."work"??
a Gaudi!
I didn't know Amish woman love to dance? Or maybe those ladies are from that cult where one man lays 15 different wives.
What a waste of time the music doesn't even match the clogging.
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
When ,where and who's that beautyful Dance group?
