Whitneyy was a really great hearted and good human who has big struggles in herself to carry. But nobody see what Whitney has given to the people and specially to the children. Whitney spend more less minimum 30% of her money to charity in silence, not putting herself in the focus, she did all this in silence. She spend ca. 200.000.000 $ for charity! Did you know this? Whitney was a very good human with a great heart full of love. Not sure if she should be the face of gentrification and why couldn’t we find a black artist? If you’re gonna use OUR black magical Queen ? Start with a black artist and show us that the gentrified project will serve black people Whitney put Arista Records on the map and broke Elvis and The Beatles .. why couldn’t it involve her Drinkard family who reside in Jersey? Were they invited to the ribbon cutting ? Baraka believed in creativity but he also believed in real pathways out of poverty .. where is the reparations in this project that plans to house the middle class and rich?
