Very helpful, thanks, the others I have seen show the oil filter access from above, which in the car you serviced, and in mine is wrong, it is from below. I was struggling to find the oil filterfrom above until I saw your video . Now I am also alerted to the neeed for a T45 socket also whereas others have said T25 plus 10mm nut were the largest under motor tray fixing. Obviously there is a lot of engine variants to get identified before you immobilise your car by draining the oil and then oops, bugger, I neeed something else from the part store!!

Quick question, how much torgue for the oil drain plug?

Thanks for watching really appreciate it. Try to renew the sump drain plug and torque wise I'll be honest I never torque it up just go with feel. if it feels tight with out stripping it then that's fine. So just tighten as much as you can when you feel its tight and cant go anymore stop.

Oil goes black due to recycling of emissions.
