We use Teams and there not option MIC available? Any ideas how to pair the mics when using teams?

I would have thought they would add the Mics into the Teams software but unfortunately I still have not seen that yet. I'll check with them and see if I can find out what the roadmap is for that.

I also tried pairing them using the Bluetooth option within the "teams"options but it can''t seem to find the mics even they are into registering mode@@metrolinedirect

These are only wireless mics, there's no option to connect the mics with a cable

I purchased the CP965 teams edition and a pair of the wireless mics. I cannot find anything on how to connect them to the phone in the settings what so ever. Any idea on the Teams Edition of this phone?

Having the same issue. I have a ticket opened with Yealink but haven't heard back yet, our UI doesn't have the mic option under the more options.

Looks like they haven't added the option yet, we have to wait on Yealink to add that in the Teams version of the software, this is still a relatively new phone.

@@Layer6Productions After signing in with your work credentials, check for the device in your Teams Admin Center (Phones) and update the Yealink device to the most recent update. Once done, check the device setting and you'll now see the settings to connect the external wiresless mic to the device
