Nice video and store and just got off the phone with my sister who with my mother and other family members just moved to the Tampa area was just talking about the stores there, she likes Publix, but said it is pricey, she prefers Win Dixie instead , she also talked about the deli at Publix as being very nice, as you also spoke about in this video, , again nice video and store , and thanks for sharing this info and scenery of Publix..🙌🏼🙌🏼😃😃👏
The downside of working at Publix is yet people in positions that can cost you your job while they played politics and softball 1st and you get screwed rolling The only thing left is when you go into management zone thing they used to be driving a truck in inhouse maintenance but that's been nickelden dimed major and I'm later to be more of a hassle and all the positions are management
they strive on diversity of employees but it creates massive problems internally. I know employees who have to deal with tensions at work, way too much politics at the workplace like you say. most customers would never know.
Jose I read somewhere that Publix will be removing the scales from their stores gradually. The manufacturer stopped making them in 2015. They do have someone to repair the existing scales. Any new stores moving forward most likely want have a scale. I also like the scales.😩
I've been with publix for 10yrs now. Those grand openings are so beautiful but most of that fresh bread, most of that fresh meat, and most of that fresh deli stuff goes right in the trash after a grand opening. Its so sad. Because the production is so ramped up to look full and gorgeous, but theres no way to sell it all.
Our’s in North Miami Beach also has the the sitting area on the upper floor. Opened June of 2021. It was a replace of the older Publix nearby that has been demolished. NMB is kind of the hood too
Love Publix. Wish I shopped there more! Can’t seem to break the Walmart addiction 🙁

PUBLIX is not what it used to be with its Associates; less raises, no bonuses and to much inner politics at all levels.
