A tip for flipping - get to know your market very well! Become an expert. In the beginning, only buy flips that are within a few hours drive time from where you live so you can visit them frequently!

Hmmm thank you for noticing that! Maybe I need to look at camera settings?
@@JesseStolz you can fix this by flipping your video in your editing software.. your camera will always record wording backwards
