I have a Savage MSR 15 in 223 wylde and a MSR 10 Precision in .308. I see Savage no longer lists MSR rifles on their website. Does anyone know if they have been discontinued? Where would we find parts.
Do you not take out your buffer and buffer spring? I have an msr savage and seems like I can't the buffer out from lower receiver unless I pull the buttstock off
There are 2 pieces of steel left and right on the lower part of the handguard near the barrel nut. These are hold in place by 2 screws, one left and right as well. Remove the 2 screws, pull out both steel pieces, then you can pull the handguard off the barrel nut. Might be a tight fit. I held it on the Upper, my brother yanked the Handguard. images82.fotosik.pl/759/46291eaee57e9acbmed.jpg
@@RandomGuy-vp6fh you can screw in a screw from the side you want to remove the block and gently pull on it. Or try it from the other side and try pushing it through with said screw.
thanks and greetings from the Czech Republic

Is yours stamped .223 wylde on the barrel?
At the end of cleaning the barrel, you ran one last patch through with oil. I thought the barrel was supposed to stay dry after cleaning?

Nice video ! 😁
Kinda hard to see what you're doing when the rifle is half mile from the camera
Please make a video on how to replace the barrel I got a bullet stuck in mine and I cant even get the bolt off of the barrel?!?!?!
Hey Darian, we would recommend checking with the firearm manufacture. Thanks
How do you remove the handguard from that gun?
