“If you ain’t sneezing, it’s ain’t seasoned”
- every person from Louisiana
It's my mom's birthday and I decided to do boiled neckbones turkey necks corn potatoes and sausage ... we're from Baton Rouge so a good meat boil is always good 😊
I felt comfortable about your recipe as soon as I heard your accent! Gonna go use it now!
Y’all worried about if she “cleaned” her meat like she invited y’all to come eat what she just cooked
🤣🤣🤣omg! I heard that and I hope those worried about her meat did TOO!!! 👍🏽
I’m from the 9th ward and moved to Dallas. I have had a boil with OJ and it ain’t bad at all. It’s citrus like a lemon, but it’s a little sweeter. So it’s not as crazy as it may seem. I suggest substituting 1 orange for every two less lemons if you wanna try it. For example, instead of using 10 lemons, try 6 lemons and 2 oranges. The sweet balances the salt/spice. Y’all NOLA fam might be pleasantly surprised…
That look so good omgggg
Looks good.
You make it look easy 💯
Thank for that recipe cooking it super bowl
Shout out to the BR! We doing this soon so stay tuned!
Yesss just subscribed to y’all channel
She said not too much salt then proceed to put too much salt. 😂
When she saying we don’t use the orange just she must be from a specific part of the boot cause we fa sho gone put a little pineapple juice in the boil. Now I haven’t tried orange juice but I can see that being a substitute. You can’t taste it but it do something and it be good.
It's platinum
Put those celery leaves in ❤️
Do you have a recipe for bourbon chicken
Were can I buy the smoke sausage from.
Dat Louisiana Cajun fire is all u need really
❤️❤️. Exactly we don't do the juice
How long does this boil cook.
I've never tried it with beef tripe before. But I'm with you on the eating it though. I fade the tripe heavily. 👍👍
Did u see that turkey neck at the end fall apart when she was stirring, Louisiana in da building 225 forever 😎
Sweetie cook your food how you cook it don't pay any attention to the comments about cleaning your meat bcuz anyone who eats chicken from ANY franchise can't swear that it's been cleaned or any other food we eat when we eat out for that matter NOBODY asks there waiter/cashier did you wash my meat off before they order or eat it that's why we bless our food and eat in Jesus name
Those dishes look really good. Think this is my first time of hearing tripe. What is tripe?
Thank you, tripe is cow stomach
@@DenishaMelancon thank you.
Anybody know where her list of ingredients on here
Why didn't you wash your celery or lemons
Yes lawd🫴🏾
A clean cook makes a good cook. Clean and wash your food before cooking. Exactly why I don’t eat everybody’s food. It looks good but preparation and presentation is #1 to good food.
Hi looks great will have to try, can you use any tripe from other animals (lamb, beef etc) 😄
I've actually never eaten a boil in New Orleans that didn't have pig feet added.
Yes alot of people boil pig feet down here. I don’t like it.
