A day out with your 2 friends was nice to see working together & catching up. May k ask what that shot of supplement u drink each morning? I lovvvvv the beautiful relationship that u & Ant have. I recon you would like Nuzest protein powder. It is plant based and crap free plus tastes so good. It isn't cheap but it is really great. I love the coffee flavour
I like the Go Good protein not sure if it’s available outside New Zealand but has great simple ingredients and the vanilla and chocolate are super tasty! The unflavoured one is so useful too.
