it was a good game, but it wasn't scrapped because of fortnite. It was scrapped because no one played it so they made no money.

Its a good way of seeing how games in ads were made. Just some "simple" coding, modeling, texturing and you have a game you can sell. Awesome dude!

You should make Rainbow Six: Siege next. Fun fact: all of the older Rainbow Six titles were made in Unreal Engine, except Siege. So it deserves to be on UE aswell.

@tcct123 Siege was made on scimitar/AnvilNext/Forge Engine, whatever you wanna call it. It's a pretty good engine but it's Ubisoft only.
There was once a mobile game dev sued by Ubisoft for copying R6

fortnite save the world is basically just a worse version of gears 3's horde mode

Seriously though good work and you should try making a space invader game but with segments inbetween with miniboss battles.
I had an idea that you could add something that keeps players playing, like an unlock system that unlocks new maps when players meet goals, or other rewards. An achievement system possibly, new monster skins, ECT, things that are fun to unlock for players, and that keep them coming back, even after beating their high score!
I think this should be developed more, you can add heroes to control and help you just like this day tower defense game. Beside, i think this idea of tower defense is actually smart and brilliant. You should add jumping dinosaur as an enemy. You should name it too. Oh my, i ask too much. I always love your game since that chrome dino. Hope you make another game!

Why dont you make a game similar to Counter Strike, a game that has a gameplay like that and graphichs of the Unreal Engine should be really great.

3:56 this is actually a feature in GemCraft which was a very popular TD game - the difference was that there was no gold but mana instead

Hey Dino! I'm a fan.. I have an idea for a video. I think you should make a video that you build a key game kinda where your stuck in a facility and you have to try to get out with a key/keycard but there is a lot of doors and guards but some guards don't have the key and some guards do. But you also need weapons to protect yourself from other guards. Hope you like it!

Wave 4: 17 warriors
Wave 5: 11 mages
Wave 6: 6 bosses
Wave 7: 19 warriors
Wave 8: .....etc
So, every 3 waves the enemies will go up by 2 but don’t make them stronger every 3 waves.

If death towers makes enemies die instandly, then you could just exploid them to avoid the HP scaling, right? First spam wealth towers and then get a lot of death towers. Easy win, yes?

Let it be an wider coridorr and let the player make the path their own by building towers. Just like in Warcraft 3 back in time with the TD Mauls... Please, anybody?
I've always said the same thing. Also Tower Defense is a big untapped market, you barely see any game besides Orcs must die and crappy mobile copy/paste TD's. TD's are so casual friendly but also challenging if you so wish it to be with different modes of some sort.

New Tower idea: Electricity - Slow but chains damage
or maybe slow but freeze and damage the enemy for like 1 sec (?)
Definitely should add different style projectile turrets, they all shoot an orb type projectile yet you could do constant lasers, rapid fire, dome aoe and maybe even summon attacks like small troops or creatures.
I would definitely buy this though if it ever was buyable

Hello @Fat Dino, I just recently came across your channel and you do amazing stuff. I want to start making games as well because of you. Just a question though. Would you recommend Unity or the Unreal engine for a beginner?
Unreal Engine 4 is way better for beginners IMO because it is easier (because of Blueprints), it has a more modern UI, you don't have to make much tools, and it is also open source like Godot. Unlike Unity, you have to make so many tools and it's UI is not that beginner-friendly. Also it has worse graphics than ue4. And also it is closed source which is the opposite of open source... AND THE "Made With Unity" ALWAYS APPEARS AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR GAME AND UE4 DOESN'T HAVE A "Made With Unreal Engine 4"!!!!
