For those wondering how he is taking turns like that it's because he uses motion controls. Stat gets maxed when you use motion controls. That's why on 200cc it's recommended you use motion. It prevents the need to brake on some corners so you can just full drift through everything.
There's one shortcut that you missed at the beginning of MarioKart Stadium, where you can use your Super Mini-Turbo to jump the grass near the pipes. Everyone I know usually does it. And also in Mario Circuit, you can jump the tires, it saves more time. And nice demon sliding.
There was a better shortcut for gba Mario circuit: when you jump over the tire tracks. To do this, have a character with a lot of speed and do a super mini turbo and immediately jump over the tire while performing the super mini turbo.
Jonathan Turner 200cc actually made the physics of the game relatively weird, having tricks lower quite a bit. For your question about the falling speed of the karts, I'm pretty sure it's the same across all the vehicles. The speed of your combination is what affects the distance you can cover before falling to your doom, although basically all of these shortcuts can be done with any combination with 10 coins, maybe excluding the dYC cut.
+smartmadboy I have only one question how can you change sparks because you had in the blue falcon red sparks sometimes and blue sparks the other time how do you do the blue sparks for the blue falcon
yeah fire hopping is jumping left and right after you get a boost to make it last longer demon sliding is I think when you drift off a ramp but I'm not sure

All of these are possible in mk8d. There are even more ones that are possible and still being found out, especially with the super mini turbo. And mk8 is not worth the money unless you have a wii u already. No one would recommend mk8 and a wii u, when a switch is a thing

And yea, Jirachi’s design is pretty solid but the shiny is thrash and shaymin sky is just better imo :P also, there are so many good mythicals, I mean Victini, Mew, Manaphy, Deoxys, Meloetta, Diancie (well, thrash typing and moveset but that mega tho) and Zeraora... Jirachi is a famous mascot on yt, not even on pkmn channels so I would personally pick sth more original.. I don’t think there are many channels with shaymin and victini mascots, not even talking about manaphy who has one of the best fan arts ever just to copy & paste to ur icon XD
Shroomless = no shrooms Any amount of fire hopping doesn't factor in, so as long as there's no shrooms involved it's still shroomless. Another thing about fire hopping is that it does not extend your boost, it literally makes you faster. Also, on 200cc (and only 200cc on Wii U), fire hopping doesn't work, so any amount of it he's doing in the video either helps for alignment or is actually slightly hindering him, but it does not make him any faster than driving without fire hopping. On all aspects of MK8 Deluxe, fire hopping doesn't work either.
teothebulldog -Because it wouldn't make sense to be upside down with normal wheels. -Bumping into a racer or certain blue spinning objects gives you a speed boost. -It allows for sharper drifting.
